Melman was established in l996 as an answer to the ever increasing demand for quality pest control services in the residential and industrial communities. Starting in the university town of Los Banos, Laguna, the company expanded its operations to the whole CALABARZON area in Region 4, Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon. The company was founded and is managed by Mr. Meliton B. Manimtim, a graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Banos. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in 1972 with a Degree in Agriculture. In 1978, he obtained his Masters Degree in Agriculture majoring in Weed Science and with a minor in Entomology. He started his career as a Senior Researcher in UPLB, joined Cyanamid Agricultural Research Foundation, Inc. as an Agronomist for almost two decades, then founded the Melman Pest Control Services.Throughout these years, Mr. Manimtim had the opportunity to attend several local and international trainings and seminars on Pest Control Techniques and Pest Management. For almost a decade, the company has been giving quality and efficient services using the latest technology and FPA approved products that guarantees safety, comfort and minimum risks to individuals and the environment.
